1). Was the Resource guide easy to navigate?
It is a large document. The only way I could figure out how to move through it was by either arrowing or using the scroll wheel. How great it would be to be able to jump from entry to entry.
While there is a Table of Contents, I found no way to use it. Perhaps, adding hotlinks to jump to the beginning of each chapter would help some users.
2). Did you find the Resource guide useful in your everyday life? It
will most certainly be helpful.
3). Would you recommend this product to a friend? If not, why not?
Yes, it is filled with resources, a great many that which were new to me.
4). Are you satisfied with your purchase? If not, why not?
Yes, I’m satisfied. Now to figure out the best way for me to make use of it.
5) Are there any concerns or suggestions you would like to address?
Yes, it has to do with the listing for EZ2See Products. When possible, could the description be updated. I see many more useful descriptions. Could it be changed to the following?
EZ2See Products was launched in 2015 by a low-vision senior to make a truly, accessible weekly style calendar. Its many unique features help those dealing with low-vision or who need an extra-large amount of uncluttered writing space.
6) How did you hear about us?
Oh, come on. Everybody knows Christine. Grin.
